Slow Vinyasa Yoga

Enjoy a Slow Vinyasa yoga class outside in the fresh air! Vinyasa integrates breath and movement, alignment, and strength and flexibility. Slow progressive sequences and longer holding postures encourage the entire body and mind to balance, focus, and calm. All levels welcome!

Please arrive at least five minutes before class time. Bring your own mat and water.



  • Sundays (9-10am) on the patio next to the sandbox. Limit is 20 students for this space.
  • Wednesdays (7-8pm) on the front lawn facing Hickory Lane and Geddes.
