Vinyasa Yoga

Enjoy a Vinyasa yoga class outside in the fresh air! Vinyasa integrates breath and movement, alignment, and strength and flexibility. Slow progressive sequences and longer holding postures encourage the entire body and mind to balance, focus, and calm. All levels welcome!

Please arrive at least five minutes before class time. Space will be limited to allow for more distance between mats.  Bring your own mat and water.



  • Classes start on June 21st! First week of classes (June 22 and 27) are FREE
  • Tuesdays, 5:30-6:30pm (front lawn facing Hickory Lane and Geddes)
  • Sundays, 9:30-10:30am (on the patio next to the sandbox)
  • You may request a group yoga class at other times as well. Please contact Diana directly at to coordinate.
