All Members and their guests will be expected to follow all club rules and policies. Failure can result in loss of club privileges.
Members will be billed monthly for all club charges charges. Delinquent charges will be added to all accounts over 30 days past due. Any member with a balance due for over 60 days in excess of $200.00 will have club privileges suspended until full payment is made.
Members must sign in at Member Services each time they arrive at the club. Members must sign in guests, and each member and guest must sign a chit before entering the club. The Member Services staff may not take cash for guests. See "Guests" for policy on guest privileges.
Classes and events that require registration and will be charged for no-shows or cancellations less than 24 hours in advance.Parents are responsible for the deportment of their children. Under no circumstances may children 7 or younger be left unattended at the Club. If you cannot be with your child, please arrange for a responsible babysitter. Children 8 years old or going into 3rd grade may be at the club without direct supervision as long as their behavior is appropriate. Please read our Code of Conduct. Please bring towels for your children, club towels are for adult members and guests only. Children should wear appropriate attire to swim and play tennis. No sandals, crocs, or other non-athletic shoe is allowed on the tennis courts.
Caretakers must be responsible for the children in their care at all times. Each caretaker must fill out a babysitter form, or visit the club and fill out the form. Sitters may not bring their own children or guests. They may not use the club when not caring for members’ children. Each caretaker must sign the Guest Hold Harmless card and have it on file at the club (see Guests).
Racquet Club provides tennis, swim, and dive instruction with our own hired staff. Members may not bring in outside instructors without direct written consent from the General Manager.
Members may host small gatherings for birthdays and other celebrations. Members are allowed to invite up to 6 guests and may use any space at the club. We request members who wish to have more than 6 guests to contact bschomaker@a2racquet and provide specific details as to date, time, and number in attendance. Members do not count as guests and members must pay the daily guest fee for non-members. You may not "reserve" tables but you can gather a reasonable number of tables and a member must remain at those tables. No parties will be allowed during holidays or home meets. Special requests such as additional tables, grills or staff help can be requested prior to the event. We ask that you contact us at least one week in advance.
Smoking is not permitted on club premises.
Towels are for adults 18 and older. Please bring towels from home for your children. Do not give club towels to you child.
Towels left in lost and found will be washed and placed on tables entering the pool locker rooms. All members may use these towels. If you find a towel that belongs to you, please take it home.
The Food and Beverage Services will be open limited hours post Memorial Day until school is out for summer. Regular hours beginning the first day of summer break for kids until the day before Labor day. See Club Hours for Food Services hours and menu.
Locker rooms at the tennis building are open until November and open back up in March.
Courts 1-3 have nets up all season long. Please clean up after your dog, but feel free to throw as many tennis balls as possible!
Non members may use the club tennis courts while accompanied by a member.
