  • Drop in fee is $22 for individual classes; please contact Dean to ensure space is available prior to attending.
  • Fees will be prorated if weather or any cancellations occur; no clinics on Memorial Day
  • Pros may use discretion in reassigning players according to skill level and ability.

SPRING SESSION - May 16th - June 10th

Ankle Kickers 4-5

Tuesday and/or Thursday

4:15 pm - 5:00 pm  

Kids must be at least 4 years old to participate. This is an introduction to tennis, with forehand, backhand, movement, balance, and eye hand skills emphasized.

$48: one day a week

Knee Kickers 6-7

Tuesday and/or Thursday

5:00 pm - 5:45 pm

For beginning kids age 6-7. Introduction to tennis, with forehand, backhand, serve, movement, balance, and eye hand skills emphasized.

Go Getters 7 +

5:45 pm - 6:30 pm

This clinic is for those 7 year olds with one year experience in Knee Kickers or equivalent tennis experience.. This is a great transition from Knee Kickers to Scrappers. Rallying, competitive games, and serving are introduced along with further emphasis on stroke technique.

Scrappers 8-10

Monday, Wednesday and/or Friday

4:00 pm - 5:15 pm

For kids ages 8-10.  This clinic is for beginning to advanced beginning players.  Forehand and backhand stroke technique are developed, along with serving, volley, introduction to scoring, competitive games, and lots of fun!

$60 - Mondays

Young Stars I & II

Monday, Wednesday and/or Friday

5:15 pm - 6:30 pm

I – Beginner or advanced beginner level for players older than 10

II –Intermediate level for players 10 and under.

For both groups, stroke technique is strongly emphasized, with focus on topspin, under spin, spin serves, consistency, mental toughness, and match play.  Pro Staff will determine player’s skill level the first week. Ages 9-12.

Junior Competitive 10-14

6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

For more advanced players ages 10-14 interested in tournament play. This group competes in different formats emphasizing different skills, and plays singles and doubles matches with pro coaching. This group is invitation only. If your new, please speak with a senior pro before joining.

High School Excellence

No Spring Sessions - Summer only

This is a 2 hour rigorous workout for varsity and junior varsity players.

 

Teen Clinic 12-15

 

For ages 12-15. This clinic is for Beginner & Advanced Beginner players who are middle school and high school age youth wanting a jump-start into tennis.

For Intermediate level players 12 and under who have graduated from Young Stars I; players should be able to serve and rally from the baseline.  Players will be introduced to competitive match play with an emphasis on proper technique.

High School Varsity Excellence

Tuesday & Thursday

4:00 pm - 5:30 pm

Open to players 8th-12th grade who are on a high school varsity team.  This clinic will focus on high intensity match play, offensive and defensive strategies, and serving accuracy.

Pro Discretion:

The Pros have used age to help determine levels of play, which is only intended as a guideline and may not always be an accurate gauge of a young person’s tennis skills and ability.  In these cases, the pros may use discretion to reassign a child to a class that better matches his/her skill level.
