2026 Yoga

Outdoor Yoga with Diana Racek is back for the season!  In this energizing and mindful Vinyasa Yoga class, we synchronize breath with movement. We will turn inward, build progressive sequences, and encourage mind/body connection through longer holding postures. We will cover several mindfulness techniques and breath practices to help calm the mind. Class is fully guided, and all levels are welcome!
Please arrive at least five minutes before class time. Bring your own mat and water.

Classes begin on June 14th and run until August 23rd.

New to yoga or Diana’s classes?  Come and try it out with a FREE class on June 7th at 9 a.m.

 

Sundays, 9:00-10:00 a.m. (on the patio next to the sandbox)

There is a 2-hour cancellation policy.  Please cancel at least 2 hours before your scheduled session; you will be charged if you fail to do so.

There are no classes on June 28th.

You may request a group yoga class at other times as well. Please contact Diana directly.
