Butts & Core – $12/session

Mondays 7:00-8:00am
Location: Grassy Area Behind the Tennis Building

Everybody wants better abs!  But more than just looks, strong abs help contribute to overall core strength.  This class has hit ‘em hard abdominal work firming up transverse, obliques, and rectus abdominus. Strengthen and tone your core and gluteus through a variety of resistance training exercises designed to target the areas which support your lower back and provide the foundation for your body.

Aqua Aerobics – $12/session

Tuesdays 7:00-8:00am
Location: Pool

Tone and sculpt your body with no impact to your joints. This popular water aerobics workout is a swimming blend of cardio and resistance training that incorporates resistance tools such as buoyant water weights and noodles.

Body By Colleen Circuit – $12/session

Wednesdays 7:00-8:00am
Location: Grassy Area Behind the Tennis Building

A strength training and mobility 6 weeks class. Perfect your posture and become as long and as strong about each joint in the body, with resistance bands and light weight dumbbells.

Young Athlete Fitness Class – $12/session

Wednesdays 6:30-7:30pm
Location: Grassy Area Behind the Tennis Building

This class teaches your young athlete how to properly strength train, run, walk, sit, and stand. This class covers the proper biomechanics for squatting, lunging, Deadlifting and all upper body exercises, with an emphasis on joint mobility.

Colleens Intervals – $12/session

Thursdays 7:00-8:00am
Location: Grassy Area Behind the Tennis Building

A muscle shocking interval routine, that leaves zero chance for daydreaming. For one hour, you’ll switch between sprints on the grass or tennis courts and strength-building moves that use weights, steps & bands to tone every inch. You’ll do all-out bouts of exercises designed to increase endurance, (Heart rate monitor needed) with appropriate rest intervals. Prepare to lift weights (medicine balls, Dumbbells) and do cardio finisher.

You receive an exercise program tailored to your health and fitness needs. Your program will include a combination of health & fitness components and exercise tracking sheets.

Fitness Assessment

The fitness assessment determines your current fitness level and identifies your areas of need. Colleen reviews your results with you and you receive a personalized report of your results. A variety of health and fitness categories are assessed, including:

  • Resting and exercise heart rates
  • Resting and exercise blood pressures
  • Muscular strength and endurance
  • Aerobic capacity
  • Body composition
  • Upper and lower body flexibility

Body Composition

Body composition analysis estimates the percentage of your body weight that is fat weight and lean weight. This information is useful in achieving specific weight goals and in determining certain health risk factors. Testing is performed using a skinfold caliper method.

Jump Start Package

This package includes a fitness assessment and two 1-hour personal training sessions. The fitness assessment determines you current fitness level; the personal training sessions are used to design and teach you how to get the most from your personalized fitness program.
