Approval of this motion does not mean that a special assessment will ultimately be implemented by the Board. If this motion is approved, the Board may implement a special assessment if its ongoing efforts to mitigate the current cash flow issues are unsuccessful. Failure to approve this motion would prevent the Board from implementing this special assessment, if necessary, and could therefore prevent the Club from maintaining normal operations this summer.
